    Question

Thanks for the info Nigel and Mike. I was wondering if 400.00 was a good price for and (serviced) zm2 with new charger and battery. Whats the typical price range etc.

There is a guy in France I know who sells quite a few Beaulieu cameras year round. The cameras range from the super 8 format to the 16mm format, most of them Beaulieu, then a few Nizo's. Since the Beaulieu's and Nizo's are made in France and Germany, Im sure he dosent have problem locating the cameras and then re-selling to the public around the world. The cameras come with a new battery (similar to the ni cad) and a new charger. Though it still would be nice to know some other professional that also back up their service, especially in California, that work on these cameras. I do not want to spend alot of money on a camera and have to send it to the other side of the world for repair. Can I trust this camera to last for awile. I would hate to sink alot of money into a super 8 camera to find out that its going to costly to repair, I'd rather shoot 16mm. But it seems that Beaulieu is the camera to have, and its a work horse. Email me at [email protected] Nigel, and I'd like to hear more about your opinons and your beaulieu buddy in Cali. Thanks! Han.

Who serviced the camera? What did they do? Will they stand behind their service? What does the camera come with? Email if you want. Good Luck.
